Wee Lassie

The Wee Lassie canoe was made in 1893 by J. H. Rushton for William West Durant of Raquette Lake, New York.

From Canoes: A Natural History in North America by Mark Neuzil and Norman Sims

Rushton called the boat the “Nessmuk.” The canoe is 10 1/2 feet long and weighed 20 pounds.
