• Apparatus designed under the guidance of the physician M. Danne to Armet de Lisle for the use of radium salts in medicine in 1904. Radium salts were applied on the surface of the rod (fig. f), which was bendable in order to be able to reach difficult accessible spots on the human body. This advertisement appeared for several years at the journal Le Radium. Henri Fajans, a civil engineer and one of the founders of the journal, was the representative of Armet's factory where the apparatuses were produced. Source: Le Radium, January 1906.
